HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location and the size of your order (all prices in AUD):

  • USA: $9.99-$14.99
  • Canada: $11.99-$13.99
  • UK: $9.99-$12.99
  • Europe: $7.99-$12.99
  • Japan: $7.99-$11.99
  • Brazil: $7.99-$19.99
  • EFTA Countries: $15.99
  • Rest of World: $16.99-$24.99

Lightweight items (like t-shirts & totes) are charged at Standard rates, while heavier items (hoodies & jackets) fall under Heavy shipping.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

We work with Printful to produce all products on demand. This means every item is made especially for you, which reduces waste and overproduction.

  • 2–5 business days

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–14 business days
  • USA: 5–9 business days
  • Canada, UK & EU: 6–10 business days
  • Japan: 6–10 business days
  • Brazil: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

CUSTOMS + DUTIES + TAXES

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require a reshipping fee.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Some orders may arrive in separate packages as different items may be fulfilled at different Printful facilities. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
